Almost 60 years working with water. GARCAM was founded in 1969 in precast concrete, irrigation, pipework and hydraulic installations. In 1999 we moved into swimming pools.
How we work
Nobody subcontracts your pool.
It all started one summer in 1999, building a pool at our boss's house. Without setting out to, that pool led to another, and then another. Today there are more than 1,000 pools built and more than 1,000 clients, many of whom still come back to us years later.
We excavate, build, line, tile and commission every pool with our own staff: bricklayers, plumbers, electricians and pool technicians. One team, from start to finish. There is no different company or crew each week, and we do not disappear once the job is done.
We are not usually the cheapest quote. And we do not want to be. We would rather do things properly, with our own team, and still be answering years later, when a pump needs changing or an installation needs checking.

Reinforced membrane
Waterproofing with Renolit Alkorplan reinforced PVC, welded on site. The fastest way to bring a leaking pool back to life.
Fibreglass shells
A one-piece shell craned into place. From excavation to water in a matter of days. Work out your price in the calculator.
Maintenance and repairs
Season opening and closing, water treatment, salt chlorination and leak detection. For private owners, communities and public pools.

Public sector
When the client is a town council,
there is no margin for error.
A large part of our work is municipal pools, public basins and refurbishments for local councils. These are awarded by tender, with technical specifications, fixed deadlines and penalties for delay. Nobody is chosen because they are likeable.
If a council trusts us to have its municipal pool open in May knowing it must be full by June, your garden is not a problem.
