Almost every expensive breakdown starts as a badly measured pH.
Most of the repairs we carry out in June could have been avoided in March. Pumps seized by poor winterisation, chlorinator cells scaled up by uncorrected hardness, liners discoloured by bad dosing. That is maintenance, not bad luck.
Our service covers the full season: spring start-up, regular visits with water testing and adjustment, and closing and winterisation before the cold arrives.
What a visit includes
Testing of pH, free chlorine, stabiliser and hardness. Cleaning of skimmer baskets and pre-filter, filter pressure check and backwash if needed, inspection of the salt cell and control panel, and a pass over the floor and waterline.
Communities and councils
Public-use pools carry health obligations that private gardens do not: control records, documented parameters and defined responsibilities. We handle that to the standard the regulations require.

Frequently asked questions
How often do you need to come?
In high season, weekly or fortnightly depending on use and volume. Out of season, with the pool winterised, occasional checks are enough.
Do you maintain pools you did not build?
Yes. Most of the pools we maintain were built by someone else.
Is salt better than chlorine?
Salt chlorination produces chlorine in the unit itself from salt. The water feels softer and it removes daily work, but it still needs pH control and cell maintenance.
Do you cover emergencies?
Yes, with priority for customers on a maintenance contract.
